I love doing voices impressions and accents, and would like to see a program that let's a person remove individual voice tracks from cartoons and movies inserting their own.

Uh, b,dee b,dee b,dee, that's all folks.

Ha ha, That's awesome. Do you mind if I use it for the idea name?

Baked. In the extras on the original 'Shrek' DVD there was a PC app that allowed you to do your own voice-overs on the film.

       Yay. Thanks.

I toyed with a bunch of idea names and I can't believe that one didn't pop out.

Surprised they don't have this in Japan yet. 2 fries you could get a really happy meal from this idea!
