Celebratory Credit Card Reader

 Stimulate the economy, feel a little goofy.

A credit card machine with a small air pump and a set of rotating chambers that fill with a small amount of glitter. Really, an air-powered glitter chain gun.

When you make a purchase and your credit card (or debit card, for those more thrifty-minded) is approved, glitter is fired into the air, and everyone nearby cheers.

Or maybe just snorts.
