Translate the question marks into periods. Finally, understand when Yes mean No? Realize what the development team is trying to tell you with their heavy accent, and finally, get your ideas across to them, correctly.

This could also be useful with HB entries, although most HBers cooperate and give you a link or reference when you don't understand what they're talking about. Or Google can help you if you dig deep enough with the phrases. Not so with offshore development teams. You never have a clue.
