Deep Pressure at Home

Manual or electrical hypebaric treatment

Pump in the air into a "pressure bag" with a car foot pump or electric pump.

If needed add electronic safety devices to keep you safe from over pressurizing or similar problems.

If that's not enough, get a system with remote doctors who control the system and a "dead man's switch" if the session fails.

Save the costs. DIY.

Hypobaric might be a good idea too. You could acclimate yourself to 1/2 bar and get really good at jogging.

(I may be mistaken) I think Guy Martin built one in his home in preparation for a hill race (Pike's Peak?)
