Electret desalinaton membrane

The vibrating electret membrane causes Chlorine gas to come from ocean water the osmosis membrane mildly sequesters the Na ion on surface structures then acoustic or acoustic piezo rinse

Making fresh water from ocean water is known as desalination

evaporation as well as membrane separation are known technologies

This technology uses the permanently vibrating electronegative as well as piezoelectric polymer electret to cause Chlorine gas to form as a result of surplus e-

The fluid then has surplus Na ion This arranges preferentially on the electret surface which is patterned to keep the ions away from the transport channels

Kind of like a teflon vapor barrier that has a swirly pattern of both e- as well as + electrets on it to briefly sequester ions while the water passes the channel

the surface is the vibrated to rinse the concentrated ions

basically a higher capacity osmosis membrane

Not a small amount of energy involved separating Cl from Na: does recombination power the separation somehow ?

       Bad science.

'bad' can mean unhealthy. I like the idea of trying to arrange where you want each of the pieces to be, for maximum benefit.
