Fraternity Pledge Cleaning Service

 Hire out fraternity pledges to do your heavy cleaning.

Every year, college students pledge to a fraternity to be allowed to join. One of the things the fraternity does to test the mettle of these pledges (not hazing as hazing is prohibited) is to make them scrub floors with a toothbrush.

So to make money, the fraternity hires out groups of pledges to people who need something (floor, driveway, etc) scrubbed.
