Halfbakery Timeline

For the curious baker or the nostalgic oldtimer.

A timeline displaying all major happenings from the begining. Might include: jutta's homepage, creation of the hb, arrivals and leaving of bakers*, posting of some ideas(e.g. the entire top 10, the first halfbakery song, Sorta Claus), site redesigns, creation of new categories, first time something got 100 + votes, etc.

*Probably not all of 'em. Maybe a user controlled slider with number of ideas or + votes or something could be useful.

Halfbakery Timeline http://www.halfbake...orial/whatsnew.html
Much of what you want included. [Worldgineer, Oct 04 2004, last modified Oct 05 2004]

Most of this would be difficult to automate and generally would require the work of a historian or anthropologist to sift through existing data.

Interested people should note that earlier versions of the Halfbakery exist on websites that display "historic" snapshots of the net.

Well, it never did Lord Nelson any harm.

No one else would find one of these interesting then? (its not a make jutta do it thing, many of my ideas are just ideas)

       Not me.

Personally, I would. But then again, I can tell you all about the shape of my belly button.

[Worldgineer], some yes, maybe even much. But the users and ideas are the more interesting bits.

I want(ed) something along these lines, though a little simpler. A timeline of arrival and estimated departure of each and every baker. It would be interesting, I think. For a while, at least.
