So as the hamster runs, it goes up, down and around. It
huffs
and puffs up to the high point where it rolls down,
having to
keep up with the wheel that's now rolling downwards
due to
gravity. If it's off its game, it does that loosing its stride
and
spinning around thing.
Changing
its speed as necessary as it goes up and around,
this
would be much more challenging for the more
athletically inclined hamster.
Could be wall mounted, ceiling mounted or just on a
desk for the smaller versions.
If I were a hamster I'd love this.

If it were semi-enclosed, the track could extend well outside the hamster cage and round the room. |
