Kneebrellas

Anti splash

A pair of knee pads that face outwards to the left and right of you. They burst open upon near splash impact by passing vehicles.

Slip on Kneebrellas, set upon your journey.

Once puddle is within sight, pull relating side toggle. This in turn releases a compact interlinked umbrella that deflects the water splash caused via the approaching vehicle.

Fold and wrap up brellas into knee pads and continue your journey once splash alert is over.

How do you keep the kneebrellas from dripping on your shoes or filling your cuffs when folded?

With experience [jurist] and a good squeeze.

For the love of God don't put them on the wrong legs. A sudden inrush of umbrella to the nether regions can seriously ruin your day. Especially when you get splashed anyway.
