"Want a little Lemoninit?" Dried powdered lemon peel &
sugar in a shaker for adding to English Breakfast tea to
give it a kick. Fancy version uses a grinder and real lemon
peel. Alternate flavors: sugarfree, or cinnamon + cloves.

Can lemon flavour be dried? I thought it was mainly
due to limonene, which is fairly volatile. I'd be
surprised if it remained in dried, powdered lemon
peel. |

There are many powdered lemonade mixes- aka: powdered lemon and sugar, which you can use for this purpose. I would call it baked. |
