||We did this one. I distinctly remember illustrating it. I think the idea was deleted, tho, so fair game.
||There are (or have been) serveral BHOs for vandalizing or leaving "post-it notes" on websites. Generally, the only people who see the overlain content are other users with the same browser plugin.
