No more lint

A cleaning kit for belly fluff

If your like me (and I hope for you’re sake that your not), you’re an “inny”. Like the millions of other innies around the world, no matter how many showers I take and how many cotton swabs I use, somehow the fluff just seems to accumulate. The problem, of course, is that both of these weren’t designed with this purpose in mind. What I need is a specialized wash kit, to be used specifically for the all but neglected bodily cavity- the belly button. It may contain a specialized brush with anti-fungal paste, a high-pressure water jet, as well as some deep sea drilling equipment. I’ll leave the specifics to the specialists out there, but they better hurry up, because the lint is literally getting on my nerves.

A more...well...let's just say that it's a different method for dealing with lint. [DrBob, Oct 04 2004, last modified Oct 21 2004]

Where does belly button lint come from? http://www.straight...lassics/a1_080.html
Well, gee whiz, it comes from where every other bit of lint comes from, your clothes. So, switch to leather underpants, and you'll be fine. Or don't sweat so much. [DrCurry, Oct 04 2004, last modified Oct 21 2004]

Are you for real? This is something that has puzzled me for ages: I have never, ever, not once in my lifetime, had any lint whatsoever in my navel. I always thought it was just a figure of speech.

...truth is, I don't really have that much. But the links suggest that their might actually be a market for this disgusting stuff.

This _has_ to be the only website on earth with multiple navel hygiene ideas.

Belly buttons collect lint because they have tiny hairs that grow inward. Lint is literally pulled in and trapped by the tiny 1-way hairs.

To remove lint, use soft wax such as the kind the orthodontist gives you. Simply stuff it in the bellybutton, pull it out, and discard it, lint and all. Warm chewing gum works too, but make sure it's well chewed or your belly button will reek of fermented spearmint.

       Simple solution.
Attach vacuum cleaner nozzle to naval area.
Switch to suck.

There is also a chance this would change your inny to an outy.
