Basically, a trip switch that senses when a "customer" is getting annoyed with your automated service and puts them in touch with a sympathetic individual from the other side of the world, who still can't help them, but who can at least understand rudimentary English.

       I don't like this because the 'shouting point' is where some companies try to operate. In other words, it's the minimum amount of customer satisfaction that they can get away with.   

       Besides, if I want to shout at someone, I want that person to be able understand more than rudimentary English. I want them to be fully aware of my ire when I let loose the dogs of war in spoken form...
