Stubborn Yoga

Because you can get into some really strange positions when you argue.

A yoga system based on conflict. The instructor assumes a position that is contrary to your own in a mocking, taunting way. As long as you are stubborn you will assume a position to counter this. The instructor assumes another counter-position and so on.

By doing this, you 'argue' your way through a wide variety of exercises and assume positions of such laughable impossibility that you would never otherwise achieve.

Bonus points are achieved by the instructor (who after all knows that this is nothing but a silly game) if he or she is capable of making you achieve their original position without your realising it.

Does the instructor work on the basis of performance related pay or does the instructee learn on a basis of performance related discounts?

       Effect? The un-karate.

master (jerks hands upward): 'Release your anger.'
student, (crosses arms): 'What if I don't want to?'
master (folds hands): 'Let go of the hate.'
student, (jerks away): 'NO!'
master (assumes set stance): 'now do as I do.'
student, (jerks hands upward in desperation): 'NEVER!
master: 'Very good, my child. You have learned the secret of Stubborn Yoga.
