A lickable 36" LCD screen with a camera on top will be positioned at doggy height near the ground. A photoelectric eye sensor will activate the screen & camera any time dog gets near.
Screen will display another dog positioned near similar device elsewhere. 2-way remote communication can thus occur
between the dogs.
Device can be configured to connect with a specific device elsewhere (eg. your brother-in-law's household), or else randomly select from an online pool of such devices, to enable random chatting between dogs.
Dogs will be able to sass each other from long distance.
