[+] Water filled ankle weights exist, and their main advantage over conventional sand or steel shot-filled bags is that you can drain and store them easily when not in use. Adjustable too, fill them to the exact amount you want |

So yeah - extending that to full leggings or body suit might work. Still have to leave gaps between segments for sweat to escape. And you might not be able to get 100# even over the whole body - too bulky. But even a smaller weight/volume could be a good exercise aid. |

Mercury would be more compact for the same weight. [+] |

It needs a way to add ice as the water warms up. |

Mercury would be heaviest liquid at room temperature, but it drives people mad (especially hatters). Gallium is non-toxic - and even though it's only about half as dense as mercury, its still six times heavier than water, |

There'll be other trade-offs though. While I focused on easy fill/adjustment, and draining for storage, [doc] also mentioned the wave like motion/sloshing for a different quality in your workouts. Denser liquids won't flow the same way. If you don't need sloshy weights, you may as well fill the bags with sand. Or bismuth shot. |
