Windows for Spies

 Have the option to turn off the sound announcing Windows has rebooted

I guess a spy could just turn off the speakers on their computers when they are trying to seek up on someone.

But just for safe measure there should be a version of Microsoft's Windows that doesn't announce with a horn flourish that it is almost but not quite finished rebooting your computer. The spy or mute version of Windows. That's all.
