Yesterweek, came here just to take a little peek,
but what I discovered made me freak,
The 'bakery died yesterweek.
Suddenly, something terrible occured to me,
This site had left it's mark indelibly
Felt lost without the 'bakery.
Why it had to crash, I don't
know, it wasn't fair.
I can't bake today and I pulling out my hair.
404. Sitting looking at a bolted door,
Guess I'd better hit "refresh" some more
My index finger's getting sore.
Suddenly, I was half the man I used to be
I guess that [half] was [quarter] wasn't he?
We shrunk without the 'bakery.
Why it had to crash, I don't know, it didn't say.
I'm at bursting point with untapped ideas today.
Close to tears, couldn't find a home for my ideas,
Thought I might be on my own for years,
I drowned myself in many beers.
Suddenly, Jutta's worked magic on the 'bakery
I'll be spending less on therapy,
I'm glad t's back, don't you agree?
Why it had to crash, I don't care, at least it's back.
I can bake today and the future looks less black.
I can bake, type ideas until my brains ache,
When my eyeballs bleed I'll take a break,
I'll write this song for singing's sake.
Forgive me, I've been wallowing in misery,
Now I'm looking for a vote or three,
I'm starving for some pastry.*
