What about a type of headphones who can switch from music to silence?

So you can choose music or nothing to hear, this means some type of mechanism who can let you be in silence or hearing nothing surrounding you, just to relax.

or you could just put some Coldplay on,as it goes in one ear and out the other and it would just bounce about without you hearing anything at all.

Headphone manufacturers are producing high-quality headphones with small remotes with mute buttons between the jack and the phones ... I'll try and find a link.
