loo roll - air brake/ odour mitigation fan

A small fan-blade assembly which clips to the end of a loo roll. When the loo roll is turned, the 'air-brake' effect moderates the turning motion of the loo roll, preventing it turning spontaneously due to the gravitational pull of any accidentally unravelled loo roll. The breeze generated by this fan also blows post-defecatory odours away.
