Option for disable text ticker on news channels | |
I get annoyed and distracted by the text ticker at the bottom of news channels. I am watching some fascinating news and a word I can't ignore scrolls by on the bottom of the screen and I miss half the sentence that takes 10 seconds to scroll by. I'd like to have an option to disable this. Perhaps in
the sat receiver, tivo, or television. Any of them could do it. If I want to read the text, I must rewind with my tivo, read the text, rewind again and finish watching the news article.
