wearable light bar

A backpack containing rechargeable battery and light weight frame for telescoping mini light bar to be used by highway patrol officers when they have to dismount the Crown Vic to attend to traffic emergencies on foot. Like when someone gets their suv upside down in the near lane and the officer must get traffic to notice it, maybe deploy cones or such. Would make them less vulnerable.
