This device would consist of a series of rotating electric
toothbrush heads attached to a bending piece of plastic. It
would be large enough, flexible enough, and have small
enough heads that the user could mold it to her mouth,
fitting to top and bottom teeth, inside and outside. All of
user's teeth can be brushed in seconds.
edit: As envisioned this would have rotating heads on all

||Sure, the cheap thing in that study didnt do so
well. But I wouldnt call that one or any others
currently on the market a fully baked
implementation of Voices idea - they lack his
bristles for all tooth surfaces.
