A rink on which Ice Hockey is played. Instead of water, the top layer of the rink is made from sterile, frozen human blood - just so there's absolutely no misunderstanding about the point of the game.

This idea is pointless, but in a bad way.

One problem is that blood freezes well below 0°C, so your refrigeration costs are going to be a bit higher. Another problem is that frozen whole blood is actually significantly less slidey than frozen water.

       Dethklok would approve.

Gonna be hard to see the puck. Please don't bring back the glowing blue halo of a few years back that the 'muricans needed to be able to see it even against a white background.

The puck can be kept in plain sight on a shelf next to the playing area; after all, it has no real role to play in the event, it's merely a pretext for the on-rink violence.

And below the blood is a layer of frozen beef suet...

Oh yes ... just the venue for those seeking a nice glass of Milk Plus and a bit of the old ultra-violence ...

The Zamboni is going to coagulate the blood proteins. How do you solve that problem?

The R&D team are investigating that.
