Convert Stephen Hawking Into A Black Hole

I have no idea how this might be achieved..... but I'm sure the "heads" at somewhere like CERN would be able to come up with something.

The resulting black hole wouldn't last very long as Hawking's own Hawking radiation would ensure it evaporated in nano seconds.

       I think we're not quite ready to turn anything into a black hole before the late Prof. Hawking goes off. However, his ashes could be launched into space.   

       It's also possible that he expressed a preference regarding his remains, in which case I say we go with that.
