Its a headgear that has robotic fingers that manipulate your ear top and bottom. Your ear gets squished so that it looks like it is talking.

Paired with a ultra small form factor computer package with a speaker and a microphone the Ear Agitator causes your ear to speak.

Rules 1. exactly the opposite of what you say

4. or it will repeat the things that people say to you

5. repeats everything that the wearer says

6. if you talk to it with the command prefix "Say" it will repeat the word or phrase that follows the command.
