A false ATM card, when used, contacts 911.

A ATM card, that looks real as any, you could even write the PIN on the back, you can use it if a ATM mugger has you, or if stolen and used, ATM machine calls the cops.

       I'm afraid I'd be constantly making dispatches of emergency workers instead of withdrawls of cash ... check out the "panic pin" ... I can imagine a terror plot to confuse/occupy local government responders using these ... not implying I'd do that, but I'm prone to clumsiness ... and poor typing

       I think it could work fine if someone held you up & you used it, but if somebody stole your wallet & tried to use it - they might notice that one card is shiny and new and the other is more worn looking & figure that the shiny one is the decoy & not use it.

       If the card were exactly like your real card, you'd be having the police notified all the time. BAD IDEA! Panic PIN is a much better idea. Besides, most muggers come up to you after you've put your card in the ATM.
