I hate solicitors they call me at least 7 times a day but a good way to stop it would be to put a call tracer in your phone that told you the GPS coordinates of the caller. If you did not like them you could lob a hefty GPS guided EMP device on their facility (house, office building etc.) and take out
all of their electronics.
