Picture if you will, shirts whose colors clash like rabid cats and dogs. These shirts will intentionally be designed so that the colors on the shirt don't match. In order to get people to buy these horrible clothes you sell them to popular companies like Gap or Abercrombie and Fitch. Then as you're
sitting back and reaping the profits you can laugh at all the stupid teenagers and college students who will pay $60 for.

Baked, but it went out of style four years ago - where have you been? |
|
|
What is the sound of one shirt clashing? |
|

If you figure out how to sell clothes to Gap etc. at a profit (which seems to be the key component of your cunning plan), I'd very much like to hear about it. |

dress in the dark and surprise yourself. |

Um, yeah. I think this idea was concieved and executed throughout the eighties. Also, matching watches (remember swatch)?. |

". . . you sell them to popular companies like Gap or Abercrombie and Fitch." |

As if they would buy them. |

What bit of Grammy Awards I saw was pre-event. Interviews with badly dressed and coiffed uummmmmmmm - I use the term loosely - "musicians" |

Worst of the Thrift Shop stuff - they pick it out themselves - horrendous. |

I had a Tie once that clashed with any ensemble of clothing physically possible. Oh Boy, what a tie.
It combined a bowel brown background with a wavy rotted-cream motif spattered with oestrus-red, plus erratic paralell caterpillar-green lines.
Yeee-HAAaaa!! |

sounds like a Cambridge College possibly. |

The best thing would be to pick clothes from entirely different eras. Parachute pants, with say, a polyester leisure suit coat. |
|
|
Where do they come up with tie designs, anyway? Who came up with Paisley? Was it some out of work biologist, who said, 'I think I need to go into fashion. Now for a theme... Bingo, a Paramecium!' |

Y'know what's funny, [po]? In the mornings, apparently, my visual acuity for color is terrible, and the lighting in my room is equally dismal. Some days I get to work and, after having warmed up my eyes driving, I do get a bit of a surprise. At least my wardrobe is bland enough that I can't do any serious damage (i.e., no yellow anywhere). |
