Lottery Scratcher With Little Sponge On One Side

 About the size of a guitar pick, wet the sponge, scratch, then tilt and wipe the dust away.

Might not even need to wet it. Just having a brush might be enough too. Little peel of portions of tape or a roller or something? Naa, too complicated.

Actually the sponge being in line with the thing would be easier. Maybe I'll put up a drawing.
