and red dye, shaped like a specific human's head, and painted with
non-toxic colourings to closely resemble said human.
They can be minature, or life size*.

The problem with this is that, on a real human head, the eyes go first because they're the easiest and mushiest. If the head is a solid block of birdfood, birds will just peck the most sticky-outy bits first. Quite soon, what you'll have is a sort of potato-on-a-stick effect. |

What's needed, methinks, is actually a plastic head into which two fat-balls (of the sort readily available for bird tables) can be inserted where the eyes would normally be. |
