I think this is considerably baked. I remember back in the 'seventies, people used to pitch caravans, build shelters for them, then the caravan would become secondary for the shelter and eventually they'd have a house and get rid of the caravan. There were complaints that this could be done without planning permission. I just thought it was cool. |
