Pulsating Bowler looks exactly like every other well made bowler hat except for one major difference: this one has pulsating zones that pop in and out at random. The lightweight low energy apparatus that powers this pulsating action is stored within the space above the head under the top of the hat.
The pulsations serve no practical purpose but can be programmed on the deluxe version to deliver morse coded messages or be synchronised to any music in the locale.
Unlike traditional black bowlers, Pulsating Bowlers are available in a variety of bright colours.
