Reconfigurable spelling teaching chart

Mulitcultural visual aid
  [vote for,

We assume that most of the more literate HalfBakers are familiar with the "alphabet" chart where a letter is combined with an image corresponding to a word beginning with that letter, i.e. 'D' with a picture of a Dog, 'Q' with a Queen, 'C' with a car.

However, in other languages the pictures are inappropriate. In German, 'H' goes with Hund (=Dog) and Z goes with Zug (=train).

What is needed is a 26-cell spelling aid where the picture element can be changed according to the the language being taught.

(yes, this really is us, the Borg, and yes, we still hate cats).

And don't forget Å is for Ål (eel), Ä is for Äpple (apple) and Ö is for Överliggedagsersättning (demurrage).

Tack så mycket .... we'd forgotten the extra Scandinavian vowels, we suppose Æ is needed as well....
