For special occasions or for someone who’s lonely or blue, one should be able to order a laugh-o-gram. A comedian arrives telling jokes or funny stories suitable for the occasion and able to vary the humour depending on the reaction.

For an insignificant other (ex), a foe or the host of a party to which one wasn’t invited, a very boring person could be sent. Like being cornered by a talkative drunk, the recipient would be bombarded with religious convictions, sports trivia, etc., depending on dislikes.

Google: Comedy-Gram http://www.google.c...dy-gram&btnG=Search
The first query I tried found 136 comedy-gram pages. I'm sure that there are "laff-o-gram" and "funny-gram" services... I think there are a lot of out-of-work entertainers willing to do pretty much anything for a buck. [land, Oct 14 2005]

I'm afraid this one's not only baked, but it's a little overdone... Check out the link. Minus one croissant (I'll need it for some other ideas, I don't doubt).
