Tickle defense system

A lot of non-lethal weapons still cause pain. Why not have them tickle? A stun gun or force field could be made to overload the pleasant skin receptors instead of the pain. Instead of shocking a dog with the invisible fence, have him being tickled. Depending on the reaction, it can be used for either negative or positive behavior reinforcement
