If you cannot hear or see the dog then From the dog's perspective no one will seem intimidated by its presence.

It would be comprised of a garment Covered with multi colored l e ds and a dog bark audio cancellation electronics

The purpose would be too Make the dog feel ignored in all circumstances thus compromising it's a dog intimidation tactics.
