these birds can be deployed just before the bear squad is deployed with special made vests and gas masks. the vests have a container of whatever compressed gas that you want them to spray and has a delay of five seconds so that the cops dont get it on them. these birds are trained to come back 1/2 an hours after being released so that the compressed gas has plenty of time to leave its container.

       hmmm.

       A murder of crows?

You'd be better off with a bigger bird. Maybe a gassowary.

[Maxwell], your not reffering to the Spray-Modified Elite Gassowary Squadron, are you?

       ... The infamous "S.M.E.G.S"

You'd have to be fairly Gullible to Swallow an idea like this ....

I do work for a super-elite group within the spray-modified elite gassowary squadron, that have been hormonally enhanced ... the Spray-Modified Elite Gassowary - Hormonally Enhanced Aerial Division.

       That's right. I work for S.M.E.G.H.E.A.D.s

I think the canary-in-a-coalmine syndrome would put paid to this.

And it would be amusing to train a kestrel or a brace of Harris hawks to take down your brave flyers.

R.A.P.T.O.R. - the bad guys in charge of that plan. What the hell would that stand for?

This idea is for the birds.
