stereoscopic vision to be good for 3d and depth perception, on a screen however are 2d images anyway,even if images of a 3d shooter[so no depth perception like a predator]. so ,perhaps a stretched out panoramic view [wide angle,obtuse or reflex] as in prey animals; and then see enemies etc to the side or behind the player.
