this would be a hoax encyclopedia posing as a real one, made
of long lasting materials and colors, buried as part of a time
capsule.
the articles could be arranged alphabetically, or in order of
subject,and would have entries of [some] halfbakery ideas
presented as having already existed, and
a few illustrations.
