3d hologram illusion with transprent LCD screen

This LCD screen will be transparent and and has a camera or some other mechanism to keep track of viewer's location relative to itself. Screen should be able to rotate 360 degree so that it always faces the viewer, as viewer walks around the screen. The object is displayed on transparent screen. View on screen changes depending upon viewr's location to reflect object's view from that angle. This should create illusion of a hologram for that (and only one) person.
