Area bars, restaurants and employees are rated by their customers. Every year participating businesses/employees have draft picks similar to pro sports where the business with the suckiest customer service/longest bar wait times can pick the best-rated employees whose contracts are up. New employees
would get a signing bonus and would be eligible for a second bonus after completing an agreed-upon duration of satisfactory service. Area businesses would benefit overall where the best employees would teach the poor ones how to do better. Fewer closures, steadier employment, win/win.
