Bellows Book

Book that is easily transformed into bellows.

This book is not printed like a typical book, but is instead punched with holes in the shape of printed characters. Because of this modification much of the book's volume is mostly hollow.

The book jacket is quite unusual also. Once removed it is apparent that it is meant to be affixed as sides to the bellows, and is seamed for this purpose. A decorative metal frame around the edges of the covers is used to affix the sides to the bellows.

The title of the book, "For Whom the Bellows", By Earnestly Hemming Away, named for the act of attaching the sides to the bellows. The title should suggest to anyone not to question the usefulness of the device, "and therefore never send to know for whom the bellows; It bellows for thee".

A book that will as surely blow your brains out, as did the author to himself. [rcarty, Oct 25 2013]

Would be useful for "The Invisible Man" could just do a cutout every time he is mentioned.

Poor Saul Bellow. Though seemingly tailor-made for this concept, is he never to receive adequate recognition for his creation of "The Adventures of Augie March" (arguably the greatest American novel, even in comparative company with Twain and Kesey)?
