Socks have been around, in one guise or another, since at
least Egyptian times and probably earlier in the Far East.
UBCo's Continuous Socks are the answer to the ages old
problem of the toes and heels of your socks wearing
through (There's a 12th century Ukrainian sock design with
heels) and of socks becoming soiled and
Continuous socks are a toroidal ring of sock tubing and
dispenser that fastens at the knee, feeding the tube down
through the inside of the ring.
Slip your foot in through the rings and pull them up to your
knees, fastening the Continuous Sock above the knee with
the handy straps provided. Then, if you wish to wear
Continuous Socks for more than one bathing cycle
(however long that may be for you) fit the UBCo
Continuous Sock Splash and Shower Guard over the top, to
keep the roll of hosiery dry when you bathe.
Tie a small loop of string around the opening at the toe or
use our soon-to-be-patented closure clips, to prevent toes
peeping out. Wear that length of sock until you change
your mind, or your undergarments.
Available in Monochrome colours, Fairisle Knit and Multi-
band colourways. With Multi-band you can have a
different colour each day, week or month, just by rolling
out the two Continuous Socks at the same rate.

||//one bathing cycle// ha, great metric - the length of this should become a standard field in any system logging information about people; HR systems, Dating Sites etc

||Hmm, with a semi-transparent two-layer version something with lots of black lines on both layers you could do the moire pattern shimmer thing just to annoy people..hmm,
||<wonders if with red and green lines it's possible to annoy people even more with 3d shimmer..>
