In order to join the fast lanes you must have your SCS (Speed
Controlled Sidewalk) app working, otherwise you may have to
pay a fee to the city.
There will be encouragement for people to smile at each other
and politely address one another when passing by, as well as
enforcing anti violence
rules on the fast lanes.
