Donald Trump Sand Dune

sand dunes that you can put anywhere

Donald Trump Sand Dune is a hump- backed structure made from light weight fibre-glass and coated with a layer of sand.

It comes in a variety of shapes and sizes, and being light weight it is easily carried and manoeuvred into place using the multiple handles positioned around its circumference. Once in situ these can hidden under tufts of grass.

The main advantage of these particular dunes is that they don't move around, unlike the ones at Aberdeenshire in Scotland which have been designated as being of special scientific interest. (see link)

Given enough Donald Trump Sand Dunes you can construct a Scottish style golf course anywhere, without any need to disturb an existing area of natural beauty.

       Can you hide a Evil Megalomaniac Secret Missile Base under one ?
8th of 7, Jul 07 2008

       I dare say you could. The Average height of the current Dunes in this area is 11m, comparing favourably to the 4 -5 m of most other dunes on Golf Links.
This should give adequate clearance for assorted Evil skullduggery and construction of Evilmobiles/storing of AAM-bristling helicopters.
It would probably do for your missile silos as well but you would have to dig a bit to house the full missile.

       // you would have to dig a bit to house the full missile. //

       Sand is easy to dig in, and there will of course be a large staff of Evil Henchmen in variously coloured boiler suits who can do the digging, when they're not busy cleaning their assault rifles, or pushing attractive and underdressed young females onto a narrow plank over the Piranha Tank......

       //hump- backed structure made from light weight fibre-glass and coated with a layer of sand.// Baked, Donald wears it in public.

       Wind notwithstanding, sand will stay in a conical shape with a maximum height:diameter ratio the same as Egyptian pyramids, so you don't need the sand glued on, just a properly conical shape with a sand-pump which renews the sand when it falls into the gutter encircling the bottom(from being climbed on or wind action) and which can be also used to store the sand for transportation.

       //Wind notwithstanding//..

       All well and good, but have you been to Aberdeen (Scotland)? The people permanently walk at an angle of 45 degrees, such is the gust down that frozen wind tunnel they call High Street.
Jinbish, Jul 07 2008

       <later>

       // Evil Henchmen //

       This of course should be Evil Henchpersons (as we are an equal opportunity opressor). Besides, women can be so much more inventively evil than men, and would have many fewer scruples about the whole plank-over-pirahna-tank think if they suspected their victim was more attractive to their similarly boiler-suited male colleagues ......

       // The people permanently walk at an angle //

       Yes, Aberdeen is cold; yes, Aberdeen is windy. But the reason that the residents have developed their peculiar method of perambulation is that they are scanning the gutters for pennies .....

       That's an urban myth [8th]; if that were true then they would have their eyes open - instead of the terrible, frozen, squinted grimace that adorns their faces.

       The gadges from Auld Reekie (Edinburgh) have no such excuse.
Jinbish, Jul 07 2008

       //Evil Henchpersons//
now now let's not get speciest: "Evil Henchbeings"
FlyingToaster, Jul 07 2008

       Ok, but it's going to make the job application form a little complicated .......

       "Date of birth/ hatching/incept/ assimilation/......."

       "Preferred atmospheric composition .........."

       "Special dietary needs........."

       And measuring for coloured boiler suits for Jatravartids or Amoeboid Zingatularians is going to keep the entities in Lifeform Resources busy for a bit.

       I would have thought that, once assimilated, they would be "Evil HenchBorg"
gnomethang, Jul 07 2008

       Rubbish - we are good, kind and caring - a sort of cybernetic Salvation Army - and want only to help you ...... come to one of our meetings, it's all tamborines and hymns and cups of tea and gigawatt-range particle-beam weapons ....

       Do we have to comb-over the sand with a rake if we mess it up?

       The DONALD is a Presidential Candidate. Sand dunes will be allowed to vote.

       Which of these is false ? Humorous ?
popbottle, Jul 08 2015

       Only something as brainless as a sand dune would vote for a crass simpleton like Trump. I can just imagine this bone head's finger on the nuclear trigger (or nucular as he probably calls it). "You're fired!" oooops apocalypse!
xenzag, Jul 08 2015

       Do these Sand Dunes run for president?
goldbb, Oct 28 2015

       Are these going to be installed at the white house if Trump wins the election?
travbm, Oct 29 2015

       See last link which comes from a great article on Trump's nasty attitude to strong women as described in today's Sunday Times (UK) edition. Sub-heading is "Trump meets his match in 90 year old immovable Molly". Here is a 90 year old who has stood up to Trump's bully boy tactics. Her property has been walled off. (Trump loves those walls) Her water supply has been cut off etc etc, and still she won't give in.
xenzag, Mar 06 2016

       [xen], you're secretly going to vote Trump, aincha?
MaxwellBuchanan, Mar 06 2016

       I have refused to even register to vote for many years now. Besides, as I live in the UK, it's an unlikely prospect.

       There isn't a room big enough. You'd need the Cardington Airship Hangar, or NASA's VAB.
8th of 7, Mar 13 2016

       Hmm, considering Trump Dump will probably be our next President, I foresee a whole new silhouette thingy, made of sand, of all future Presidents, (think of the stone ones on the side of some mountain, somewhere, in the US). Or at least the next three or four, or maybe even the past two leading up to this fucking debacle.

       And since this more than likely will come to pass, I hereby anoint and designate, (with the power I have here, which is none), [xenzag], our official prophet, psychic, intuitive, whatever, person of the halfbakery.
blissmiss, Mar 13 2016

       I'm just trying to imagine the Queen meeting Donald Trump.

       Nope. Can't imagine it.

       I really, really _really_ hope he gets in - it would be hilarious! (Whereas, paradoxically, if Hilary Clinton got in, it would not be.)
MaxwellBuchanan, Mar 13 2016

       I'm trying to imagine the Pope meeting Trump. Yeah no.
RayfordSteele, Mar 13 2016
