A lot of gas stations nowadays have those touchless carwash machines. A lot of gas stations also have fast food restaurants as well.

Why not make a second drive thru lane that passes through the car wash on the way to the pick up window. Using a second lane allows vehicles not desiring a wash to proceed directly to the window.
