Probably a horrible breach of protocol but could be a
nice
gesture to our buddy Ian.
You'd take the "Ian Tindale Come Home - We Miss You!"
line
and put it on every category on the front page. So if the
category is "Vehicle" Title it "Ian Tindale Come Home -
We
Miss You!" and summarize
it as "Printed message on a
parachute."
If the category is Fashion, "Printed message on a shirt."
I know this is a stupid idea, but would be sort of
refreshing
to see an act of community kindness like that.
Or course, the downside is he might think we're teasing
him or something which would have the opposite of the
intended effect and make him feel bad. In fact I'd
probably be kind of freaked out if I took a break and
came back to see a page full of "Doctorremulac3"
references.
So never mind, don't do this. I'll put the idea up anyway
because I spend several seconds typing and I don't want
to
waste it.

topic channel, so he might not see its stats. On the other
hand, he has a topic channel! YouTube considers him big
enough for that! (I actually don't know what the factors are
that cause a topic channel to pop into existence, but I
imagine there must be some.) |
