Sited outside offices and also dotted about town centres, adjacent to railway stations, this is a largeish smokers' shelter-style construction. The areas near the entrance are covered in varying sizes of bubble wrap to be finger-popped or jumped on and deeper inside towards the far end are huge balloons
(some filled with water) and very large pins on pull-down springs like slinkies.
