Rewrite Scurrilous Songs as Christmas Carols

Since their invention, the lyrics of Christmas carols have been rewritten, usually by teenagers, into comic or obscene versions, such as "While shepherds washed their socks by night ...". This permits the hilarious (to the perpetrators) activity of singing naughty words aloud at solemn religious events with hardly anyone knowing. Hopefully.

Since there are plenty of comic and obscene songs already, we propose that popular balads such as "Three German Officers", "Abdul the Bulbul Emir", "The Long and the Short and the Tall" and their like should be given new, family-friendly, cheerful heartwarming Christmas lyrics suitable for the festive season.

But not by us.

       "...when a poor man came in sight, playing with his too-ool"

Anyway, relevant to the idea, the lyrics of "Silent night" fit the tune of the Sex Pistols' "God Save The Queen" quite well.

       "WHHEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... "

       Hear that ? That's the tone of this place going into free-fall.

       Well done, [hip]; you must be so proud.

       The original German lyrics or the English translation?

       And how does the tune go again, remind me...?

       Any multiple-occupancy vehicle with a 0.7 kW powerplant isn't ever going to be very "hot" ... nor is it "fun" to be dragged along by a smelly, hairy, clumsy, farting animal - as any woman who's ever had the misfortune to dance* with Sturton will testify.

       *His barrister calls it dancing; the prosecution usually call it actual bodily harm, with gross indecency.

       <adds Scurrilous to lexicon>

       bet yet, to invent an app that will do this:

       Jethro Tull's Aqualung - turns to the song Santa Baby. How? I don't know, but apps work.

       If you don't know, there's no point in asking, because you're not going to understand the explanation.

       Did you mean Jethro Tull (1674–1741), English agriculturist, often credited with inventing the seed drill ? The aqualung wasn't available until the 1940's ...
